Well, it's popular to wear that kind of stuff in Japan.

          Right on, lerx.

Also, if Ibanez made him a completely different sig model/line, I'd have more respect for the move. That's a new model RG he's playing with the non-trem bridge — and maybe they added it to the line at his request — but it's still just an RG.
please don't put it into words, 'cause I fear what you're thinking

Well gee wow gosh damn. So some guitar player is playing a different brand of guitar than jackson now.
            Who the hell cares???
Many of you seem to take it personally!

I'm proud of Marty for doing that. I think he should play whatever makes him feel comfortable.

                bla bla bla

tell it to the ibanez forum.

if he was playing what makes him feel comfortable...he'd still be playing a V220

the only thing that this is comforting for him is his wallet.

JAckson can always give me a call. I don't need any money, but I'll sure as hell let htem build me a signature guitar.

"The Drip" Sig. series. oooh baby. I think that would sell faster than free porn.

It does look odd seeing Marty playing an Ibanez but I say "Good For Him." He's still Marty and still doing what he does.

Re: Marty is definatley playing Ibanez now

He plays what he wants, and if he went for some $, so what? Doesn't he have a right to do that? He brought many players to Jackson, and didn't get much for it. Ibanez is paying, and as has been said before, most people here would
go with the high bidder, if anyone cared
to bid on them as an endorsee. It's easy
enough to say you'd turn down what you'd
never be offered. Most here are not pros
and don't realize you don't become an instant millionaire because you played in
Megadeth. Still gotta pay the bills.

Let it go; it's only a guitar endorsement.

Steve's not alone - I despise Ibenhad. Filthy ratbastards that perpetuate guitar wh0redom and continually put out sig models for second-rate players that only differ from production models by a hair.
Why does Kornhole get a sig model, when all they do is flog the damn things?
What about that model that CLOSELY resembles a Gibson LP Jr? Single hum, wraparound tailpiece/bridge, yet the ad says something about breaking away from the past!?!?!
