How does this play? Do you even play it or just leave it in a vacuumed, pressure controlled, high security chamber??? . Please post a mp3 clip!!
Plays like a dream and yes... it gets played a ton.
    It's my main guitar.

I have a thing for the really old 1996-1997 PC1's with the old style "Sears" headstock and no tone knob.

It's really hard to pass on up whenever I see one.....

"FOUR???? YOU'VE GOT FOUR PC1s???? FOUR?????? ONE TWO THREE FOUR!!!????????"

Well actually at one point there were as many as six various PC1's hanging on the wall......

And even a pretty decent PC3 that I bought for the cottage.

There are some damn fine looking guitar in this thread. I do have to say that the vintage finishes are my favorite. Next to mine of course.

noooooicccee stuff mates!!! I have to say, I love the older headstocks. The Fender headstocks somehow doesn't really appeal as much as the older original headstock. What a beautiful creature!

You guys have some great looking PC1s. That's one guitar I'd like to have except that middle pickup gets in my way and I'm not really a Floyd guy. But every time I see one, I feel the GAS burning big time.

Totally agree, I would love to see a PC1 without the middle pickup. The no fret markers thing also throws me off. I could probably get used to it though.

You get used to it pretty quick.
