This has to be BS. I hope nobody here is dumb enough to send this guy money. Even if it were true, it didn't crap on white and make a stain, it crapped on a very thick clear coat. It would clean off with no problem or at the very worst, easily wetsand out with some 2000 grit sandpaper and then polish.
