Huh? It's just a reversed version of a headstock that Jackson has used since the mid-90s on a number of models.

According to the guys over at the sevenstring forum there will be an MIJ model at around 1500. I hope they keep all of the colors with the MIJ model as th ered is amazing.

    Anyone else can verify this?

Didn't like it at first, but it has grown on me. Might be the first non-custom Jackson I pick up in about a decade. Cool features!

I like it. I think this and the Demmel and Morton models bring a breath of fresh air for Jackson.

I am seriously dying to get my hands on one the 7-strings. My CS Soloist is back in the CS getting repaired and I'm going crazy not having a shredders guitar to play (I have a Les Paul, but it's not comfortable to play for me).

Not sure if this link has been posted; here's some recent info from Broderick on his guitars: http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/bla...sitemID=158928

I agree with sinistas. If you want classic Jackson's they're all over the place. I don't see why its a negative to have a new shape introduced. If your expectations were let down then get a custom Jackson. That's what the custom shop is for. There's no need to call the guitar "retarded" or "shit".

i was really excited about a broderick signature when he first signed with jackson, but these guitars look shit, the body just looks deformed and retarded. it doesnt even look anything like a soloist, and i hate the new age headstocks. if your going to have a jackson atleast make it resememble some classic jackson characteristics in at least one way. this guitar lost its way at some point, shame because i was so looking forward to it, then bam!!
