    See. A bit of common ground...it is a complicated weave. I'm just using way too many words to say, don't trust the people who screwed with it in the first place to fix the problem.

      I think they way it works is that other governments tell Pfizer or Merck what they will pay for a particular drug. They threaten to ignore the patent and have it made in country otherwise. The companies say OK, but we have to make up the 800 mil or so dev. cost plus our profit and we have to do it in about 7 years (before patent is up). Someone is going to pay. Guess who?
