Ok Ron so how much weight did you lose after not sitting down for 12 hours and being up for 21 hours? Or did you put on some weight because of all the crap you ate during the day?
Heh, OK, Berkay is referring to the weekend where my co-workers and I had to come in and do inventory (worked 10 hours on a Friday, then came in at 6 am Saturday and worked 12). They fed us absolute crap! (doughnuts, Domino's pizza, sodas) I tried to keep that to a minimum, and I think I did bring in my own food Friday. For lunch on that Saturday, we did have sub sandwiches, so I had a chicken W/ avocado sub.
Just a question. How the hell did you get to 300+ pounds? I'm not being glib. I just can't figure out (no pun intended) how that could happen.
Remember I'm 6'4" In the most of the 1990s I ranged between 220 & 260 lbs. For my high school reunion, though, I got really motivated and followed a gym exercise routine similar to what I'm doing now, which took me from 262 to 191 in about 8 months. I got a hot girlfriend after that (one of the aerobics instructors at the gym), she moved in and started cooking (heh). Over the next 5 years both our weights went slowly but steadily upwards. After we broke up (unrelated reasons) my weight slowly but surely continued to creep up, yes past 262 (like what happens with a lot of folks).
A few years ago, I was running my own business which was very stressful and I think I got up to 345#. I remember having to buy 48 waist jeans on eBay - that sucked!
Great...I just ate a whole pizza in few minutes...didn't chew much at all .
I need to gain more weight though, but it just doesn't go up..I'm 175cm and have 65-70kg all the time :/. I eat a lot of chocolate and stuff like that but it's not working.

I mentioned this in chat the other day, but just chewing your food more will cause you to eat less, because you start to feel full during the course of a meal.
I started chewing until food liquefied in my mouth about three weeks ago, and lost 3 pounds, without exercising any more than I had been.
1lb/week is a pretty reasonable and healthy pace for weight loss, I think. If this pace is sustainable, I should be back at my racing weight (145lb at 5'11) in about 10 more weeks
