Wow...G I thought I had Frank Gambale was on my list...that was an oversight...I'm sure I missed a few more ...but I nailed a hell of alot more than anyone could conjur..

Ron Thall is weird ...he was original , talented..but amoung the best...I don't know...Chris Cornell was what I like about soundgarden..he's great...or was.

I don't think Duane Allman could be a match for anyone on my list...not in my opinion...he was good...but I'm talking the best of the best..he would be a guppy amoung hungry sharks...they'd eat him.

Look at my list...you may find some very unfamiliar names...don't let that fool you ...those names are damn worth checkig into..because they are amoung my upmost elite...The very best!

I agree... Granted Bills list is huge but John Frusciante is a great guitarist. I think many people just don't know it because they just think he is in a popular band. His solo stuff is great and he really knows the guitar... I wish I could get ahold of the 3 Aemoba's Jams with him Flea and Stephen Perkins. I don't like EVH but I don't think he should be ahead of EVH on any list but he is one hell of a guitarist
