To lower the pickup. Just turn the screw on each side of the pickup ring. Counter clockwise. But not too far cus it will fall off the screw. Just a turn should do it.
Pics of your actual guitar. and not one off the internet. Will help greatly. We see exactly what you're talking about with a pic of a differant guitar. Tell your camera to stop being a whore and pay you what it owes you. And take some pics of your guitar.

I think you should start by lowering that pickup and getting it out of the equation. If the bridge (or that one saddle) is too low, the high E string will be buzzing like crazy on the frets. If the action is OK but the string is hitting the pickup, the pickup is set too high.
