To lower the pickup. Just turn the screw on each side of the pickup ring. Counter clockwise. But not too far cus it will fall off the screw. Just a turn should do it.
Pics of your actual guitar. and not one off the internet. Will help greatly. We see exactly what you're talking about with a pic of a differant guitar. Tell your camera to stop being a whore and pay you what it owes you. And take some pics of your guitar.

I think you should start by lowering that pickup and getting it out of the equation. If the bridge (or that one saddle) is too low, the high E string will be buzzing like crazy on the frets. If the action is OK but the string is hitting the pickup, the pickup is set too high.Comment

Also if the pickup is too high and the string is hitting the pole piece of the pup. It will sound similar to fret buzz.
