But I need a guitar to match my hot new trendy Emo hairstyle.

If I just have a Jackson I may be mixed up for one of those gay boys in a Mister Mister or Duran Duran cover band.

    FYI not really my pic.

Haha, don't tell me you're really like that dude. Especially someone from the SF Bay Area.

How can those kids fucking see by the way? I don't get it... do those kids feel cool about themselves or something? Strange.

I don't mind Jackson making more newer models, whatever those may be, but at least keep the classic stuff. How many people still play RR's or KV's... As long as they keep the Jackson identity I won't complain.

Anyways, so McD, any news on the KV5?

I just want people to think I am cool so whatever the trend I am on top of it like I said Jackson has a bad time trying to catch up with my Emo haircut.

Dude, do you remember those big ass gay plaid elephant bell bottoms with the big stupid cuff? I remember being a wee lad and tripping because of those. Then they was immediately not cool and the 501 straight leg was happening.

There are a large number of people at my school with that "style". I can't grasp how they can see. Sometimes I think that they just have one eye and use that instead of an eye patch.

Didnt you follow some trend back in the day, long hair, leather pants, glammed out, metallica'd out or dress close to whatever style of music you were in? This kid is only doing what we all did as kids when heavy into music, following the trend.

I did wear white hi-top sneakers, black jeans and a leather jacket and long hair. I also still have my denim patch-jacket from back then... hehe.

I still have my long hair and wear my leather jacket though.

But come on, it's different than what kids do nowadays.

Someone hear something about a Rob Cavestany Signature Series (USA or Import) ??

                    Look at this pictures :

White & black both with an ad' behind them about rob.

The logo seems to be painted so maybe an Import.
                    Jackson & Charvel abuser ...

A friend of mine is at namm now and he send me some photos, I saw a new model like a kelly but "extreme", extreme rhoads with pinestripes (one in metallic purple with silver pinestripes, 2 death angel one in black and one in white, some soloist with women and some with manga girls, one kelly urban camo with red bevels, one with a graveyard and zombies (the photo is not good), one "extreme death kelly" with a black and white woman,
ertreme warrior in silver, extreme king v (similar to the demmel's model) a withe soloist i think arctop with unusual pinestripes and a warrior and RR bass really cool. All extreme models have the headstock and sharkfin inlays with cutouts. my friend said also they will show new guitar every day so I wait news and photo...

                        • Cool, didn't expect that. Those weren't on the Fender list.

Any way you could post these pics?

Where is this third model? Did I miss it in the multiple NAMM pic threads?

                            • What is this fascination with these penis shaped cutouts on several newish guitars?

The Extreme Jacksons have that same sort of cutout going on (especially in the inlays) and I think BC Rich had some kind of cutout as well. This is a Rondo guitar that displays what I am talking about. What is it and why has it become so popular in guitar design? The BC Rich has the notorious ball sack headstock and I think one of their bodies (The Virgin one that had this penis cutout... was called something else)
