Oooomygod! [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img] after 12 months of waiting, my Custom Shop neck-thru, string-thru Star will finally be at my doorstep tomorrow! [img]graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]

Actually, while you're waiting, you have time to find a picture host like www.freewebsites.com or whatever (not Yahoo, MSN, HP, or any other online photo-album type site, as they don't allow direct linking and many won't let visitors view your pages without accepting advertsement cookies), and examine the buttons below the text box in here and see which one might help you post a picture [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]

Here's the specs:

Maple Neck
Alder Sides
Shaller Tuners + Straplocks
Blue Marbelizer Paint
EMG 81 + 1 vol.
"NO" Plastic Battery Holder!!
Ebony Fretboard
Inlay's and Logo in Abalone
Black binding on Neck only. (cant' really see it but it's there [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img] )

the only thing that i don't like is the white nut! [img]graemlins/eyes.gif[/img] it should be black, but i can always slap in anotherone.

one question though:
out of the box, the guitar's truss rod was pretty tight causing major fret-buzz.
and because i tune pretty low, the guitar was unplayable.
i had to take a whole counterclockwise turn on the truss rod and now it's great [img]graemlins/images/icons/tongue.gif[/img]
now the nut on the truss rod feels pretty loose and im worried that i may have loosened it too much...... [img]graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img]
