I use 13-60 for tuning to B, it gives ~ the same tension as 10-46 tuned to E (so no worries, Bringer of Chaos)

      60 in standard?!?

When I had my Dinky Reverse with Floyd tuned to D, I used 10-46 with five springs. On my guitars tuned to D nowadays, I use 11-48. Even when I had my 7-string, I used 10-56 and the 56 seemed fine for the B string.

Wit those strings I wouldn't tune it any higher than C. Just my opinion.
