Hi,
I've been doubting between a WR1 or a KE2 but my preferences go to the WR. I have with neither guitars any experience (I have a RR1 and PCS Dinky though) but I'm looking for a 2 humbucker guitar that's easy to play with while seated. I've also been doubting about a DR2 but the WR1 has a much cooler look

It's for speedmetal/shred.
So is the WR1 comfortable to play with seated?

Also I have no idea which finish. I like the(reversed) Eerie dess but doesn't the WR have a lack of body to fully enjoy this finish?
Any suggestions or possibly pics?

Thanks!

Re: Warrior

The Warrior is probably the most comfortable guitar to play seated ever. The bottom horn sits nicely between your legs and it just balances there without needing to even hold the guitar.

I love the Warrior shape. It is comfortable sitting and standing. As for color, I am partial to the black with white bevels.

Xeno hit the nail on the head. Also, the top back wing acts as a nice armrest while seated.

That neck to body joint was only on the first run of Warriors in 1990 through 91. The current models feature less of a sculpted heel. But yes, that is a nice black Warrior there, lucky bloke whoever owns it.

*bump* sorry for this...

I have some more questions.
What if I'd want a snowwhite WR1 with matching headstock, bolt-on neck and no inlays? Is this completely custom-shop or can some of these specs be obtained with a 'normal' order?

(also been doubting about snowwhite/black bevels and black with white bevels...)

btw, any pics of these colors on a WR?

Thanks!!

Bolt-on and no inlays = CS or Import

....although come to think of it, the Imports have Inlays as well...

Damn. And this would cost a lot more?

Does the matching headstock cost more?

Matching headstocks don't cost more. I would guess a bolt on like you are talking would be around 1700 after discount. From the right dealer anyhow.

Just filled in the customshopquoteform and would be aprox. 3060.
Is there so much difference between the actual price and what they say it'd be? How come?
there would be about 25% import-taxes though. (to Europe)
