I have had many of the same units, right down to the strings and you just find that "one" that sounds just different enough to be "the one"

that pink one is an 80's Bently Series10 sold from the StLouis Music company. the white one on the extreme left is another one I had refinished from black. Nice players but too heavy - plywood like the Kramer on the right.

The guitar in front is the SSH counterpart.
And that green bomber graphic?..yet another ebay bass that was out of my price range at the time. <<<<
Good thing you're not a lefty cause the competition is rather low....The only bitch is the Jap Model2 and Futura are the only ones I ever saw in 20 years of looking for different units. ( 1-off USA's for 3-4grand not included )
They say there was a lefty 5string made, but I never saw it.

Yep BTW are you the guy that offered the bomber bass for my SVT ? I got $1100 for that head and cab. I still have a magnavox era 8-10 cab and a USA made B2R but the head sounds sterile and colorless

Yep!!! Sure am!!!! I'm pretty Ampeg'd up right now...couple of classic heads, 3 810's, a 500 portaflex and an SVT 806. Just out of curiosity, PM me a price on the Mag cab...If I'm not up for it, may know someone who is.

Were you bidding on that this year or a couple of years ago? I had the Bomber listed earlier this year...

this year before Shawn said someone emailed him about the trade.
                              I didn't bid. I didn't have the cash.

Don't know if I've ever heard of Bently...kind of caught my eye because just glancing, it reminded me of Billy Sheehan's old Yammy...
