Sorry Amimbari!! But yeah, she's going to a good home!! She's at the doc right now...needed a set up and may need a new input jack...is a crackle finish like that even fixable? It wasn't as bad as I thought...still, I was thinking about talking to Jackson to see if they would do a complete refinish some time down the road, (if they even do that:think.

I do like that red one, ( has my preferred pup arrangement), but that headstock issue, (in my opinion), knocks the value back a bit...plus, can't blow the whole wad, still prowling for a T-bird!!!

WTF?! This thread's over a year old and I didn't post pics??

Can't find the pic of my JS30 Ellefson 5-string

          Concert V Pro

          USA JZB2

And not a Jackson, but a Bossa OB-5. Great bass.

Now I'll have to take flicks of my two. Just bought a Kip Wiger in lacewood plus, my USA Concert Coral Sea. As soon as I can.

obviously Charvel did, but did Jackson ever offer this body color?

that BCR?. I liked them better because the color bands were horizontal and 4 color not 3.

Actually, I think it was a bass I saw because I was workin a deal on it...hell, back almost 10 years now, but that was the finish, and I agree, I like the layout better

In looking at it, the crackle pattern also seems to get smaller as it goes up to the horns....

The red burst looks best IMO.

I had Rob Peabuddys crackle here for a long time before I bought the rainbow.

didnt someone here own this sometime in the past?

i was so jealous i did the same p-HB to my model2 AND my series10

                            .
I have basslines in my black lefty but the white one sounds way better with the HB blended.

Thanks wilkinski!! Guitar Center here in Appleton just about gave me that one!!! The sound out of her is SO Entwistleish...growly, trebly, almost distorted...quite the hot rod! Right place...right time! My favorite is my San Dimas Cityscape...she's the first...the one that started the sickness

Have to say tho, I used the new silver crackle Friday night...by far the best sounding bass I have. I was somewhat suprised how fat the sound is considering he J pup. She's even fatter sounding than my HB basses!:O
