Hey Naz, sorry I missed your question. I can't really compare them right now. My RR1 has been stored away for two years now, my main amps are not hooked up... basically I'm living on a rock at the moment. From memory I'd say that the RR1 and KB are guitars of the same quality. I am really pleased by the handling and feel of the KB, but I haven't played it through my main amps yet.
The only complaint I have is the nut work on the KB. The cuts are sloppy made, but as I mentioned earlier: I bought it second hand, so the previous owner might have messed with it.

Oh, ok. Nice to hear that . But how can you have a good guitar like RR1 stored away for 2 years? (sorry, had to ask)

Oh, that's a long and tiring story. It includes 100% restoration of two houses, totalling 720m2 (8000 square feet), four exhausting job changes and other crap I won't bother you with. I hope 2007 will bring me back on track.

The nut on my KBRR was sloppy cut too, and I bought it new.
          Apart from that, great guitar.
