    I don't like the tone of the guitar with it on. I have it on a parts mutt right now, and the tone seems to be kinda dull and weak, even acoustically. Less sustain than my other Jacksons, and harmonics don't have any life to them, like the trem is absorbing the resonance and farting it out the back [img]graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

    But it's ok on a rhythm guitar - I wouldn't recommend it for playing leads. Maybe I just got a bad one, I do't know, but it's enough for em to denounce as crap. Besides, OFRs and Schallers pop up frequently enough.

      You obviously got a bad one NewC, as they never actually made a good one.........
      Mine is exactly like yours. Lifeless and flimsy...........
