    Dave Weiner has his own dedicated forum over at Jemsite, I'm sure you can find the answer there. I know his RG-7 is a custom order, so it's not something you or I could get ahold of.

      I believe one of Dave's "Astoria" gig guitars was a K7 (Korn sig model)..if you watch closely you can see the K7 inlay on the fretboard. I think those are mahogany bodied models.

        You could always change the saddles on the TOM to graphite if you don't like it...or replace the nut as well to a different material (I'm assuming it's plastic). That will change the tonal characteristics some.
