    Its a cheap Jackson for sure but the knob layout is strange and I’ve never seen those tuners before. I’m thinking it’s an old exclusive?

    It could be one of those Musician's Friend runs. As toejam mentions, there was a variant that had dot inlays like the one pictured in that Craiglist ad, but I can't remember whatever it was supposed to have a regular headstock or reverse headstock.

    If memory serves me correctly, these Musician's Friend runs were made in Taiwan. They're the only Taiwanese-made Jacksons to the best of my knowledge and I never even realized until recently that Jackson guitars were even made there.

      Ah, that’s exactly what I thought about. Wish I owned or could see a catalogue with these. I love uncommon yet not particularly desirable things like this.
