    Gotta say, IMO slant pickups just aren't good for tight riffing, even if they are slanted with the bass side closer to the bridge.

    They work for more hair metalish styles, but for thrash and death metal riffing? nope

    Nice guitar though!

        hmmm, does somebody have bad picking technique? i had no problem thrashing with slanted pickups in my BC Rich guitars....
        GEAR:

        some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!

        some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

        and finally....

        i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!
