Yep, that was the biggest detail. 24 frets (on a bolt-on) with sharkies & that logo = Japan market guitar. The toggle switch between the knobs for the JE-1000 also matches the Super Dinky. If it were any color but black, the matching headstock + old logo would be another clue.

Duh I didnt even count the frets till now. LOL im gettin rusty at this. I guess thats what happens when you dont come here as mush as you used to..
or im just gettin old.. yeah that must be it.
