Neck thru Strat?????

Did anyone ever make a neck through Strat? Ya know strat sized body not dinky or soloist style.

yep. my bad. although I've seen guitars out of the Custom Shop at Fender that are true neck throughs.

Carvin's later DC 145 was a neck through strat shaped guitar. Pretty cool axe, too. Not familiar with any Jacksons like that unless custom ordered.

Yeah,I had a black custom Jackson full size strat body,neck-thru,reverse headstock,1 hum & 1 single,Kahler w/a Floyd-type lock-nut,it was awesome,regret selling that one!! [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img] Chucksplatter

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Those old DC145s were cool!! They'll still make a DC145, but not with that old Strat-shaped body. Now you just get a choice between their rounded or sculpted body sides.

Chucksplatter, I almost bought that guitar two or three years ago. Was talking with a seller in Iowa, I think?
I can't find the pics I had, but it was very cool!

Yes, they are rare but there were a few made.

I have a 22 fret neck thru Jackson Strat with a WWII German Warbird Graphic.

Amir Derakh also had one...I believe Rob Witte now owns it...coincidentally it also has (although in different colors)a German Warbird graphic!

I've seen maybe one other since 1984.
