I'm not sidestepping anything...you're twisting my words. I'm saying that the people who thought up this ad and the other ads I mentioned seem to think that rock fans are idiots, all they buy are condoms and beer, the only kind of movies they watch are porn, etc. I never once said that they were right. That was my initial point, other than the fact that I don't like the ad, I don't find Jenna Jameson attractive, and I'd rather see someone who has something to do with Jackson guitars in an ad for Jackson guitars. It says, "some of the a$$holes LIKE Boxcar" in the thread you linked, if you read it. That was referring to those LIKE you who had to put down Word's shred video in the mp3 section thread. It could mean you, or others LIKE you. It's no more clear than
your lowest common denominator comments in this thread, so I guess our inferences are equally valid, eh sonny?

The quotes you just added this time ARE about you, but the one on the thread you linked wasn't, so then what was the point of the link?

I'm certain at this point that you aren't nearly as smart as YOU think you are, and I know you well enough from what I have observed right here to make that determination. I don't want or need to know you any better than that; too bad you need to learn more about yourself than you admit to yourself. I may not know you, but have met your type many times, so I know enough to form a reasoned opinion about you from that.

You need to admit that you can't stand to see a harmonious thread about something you personally don't like, without chiming in with some dismissive comments. You can always just go to the next thread if you don't like it, but if you do make a comment against the grain, are you surprised when others take exception to it? I will admit that from time to time I do the same thing; why can't you? I'm aware of it though, and do sometimes make the effort to keep my mouth shut and just go to the next thread; again, why can't you?

You came in here and sh1t on the thread, as you do to a lot of threads, and you don't even see or admit it? C'mon!

I see plenty of harmonious threads that I disagree with and would love to chime in on, but pass them up, one in recent memory being the fat chick thread in the eBay section. I keep my mouth shut plenty...there you go again thinking that you know me. I generally speak out against things that bother me particularly. Again, I wasn't directly insulting anybody in my initial post, just tossing in my 2 cents about the ad, no different than the rest of the people posting on this thread.
