I can honestly say that every after gallery FOR ME is a giant fucking BORE regarding CC, except this song! I love watching this, it's just a great video, and yeah, Tell that drummer to play something else! or at least change tempo! The rest of thier material for the most part has been uninspiring and at times so predictable, I can even point out where certain people in the band play the same solos on different cds in different songs, but alas almsot the same notes! oh well can ya blame em?

But yeah these guys are talentless hacks, as a matter of fact because this genre of music is wrothless at best and it doesn't carry any merit we should all forget about it and only recognize Jazz players, and you can only truly be astounded by what they do, because only them and classical musicians have any REAL talent! thinking otherwise is a waste of time!!

Oh and be forwarned I will be on the lookout to Pounce and Denounce any and all threads heralding any death metal musicians for thier talent, or clearly the lack there of. I will be soley on the lookout for such mass perversions and will be lying in wait clamouring at the thread gates- So carry on simpletons!

I'm going to put on a Matthew Garrison cd and then maybe some Brian Bromberg to get my mind of this filth!

What's so sick about it is the fact that most extreme metal bands have bass players that use a pick. I couldn't imagine playing a whole set of really fast songs without my fingers falling off after that!

Joe, you have to change your finger gauge...I mean look at Victor Wooten, he's the fastest finger style bassist and has the best stamina...check out his fingers...they are real chubby

sure, technically speaking bands like nile or necrophagist are lightyears ahead of anything CC has ever done, but pat's writing style coupled with paul's drumming just kicks my ass soooo much. go ahead and listen to blunt force castration off the wretched spawn, that song rips my balls off. how anyone can NOT like this kinda stuff is beyond my understanding

plus his live tone is killer
btw, even neil kernon said that pat is one of the most aggressive players he's ever recorded. apparently pat uses a shitload of gain even in the studio, but for some reason it doesn't mush out.....neil said something about his super heavy palm muting and really tight performances making it sound really heavy instead of mushing out like one would assume.

this is way better, these guys sound tight, the other one was crap if you ask me...sloppy drummer and a guitarist who sounds like an average youtuber...sweep sweep out of tune vibrato sweep sweep sweep out of tune vibrato...CC guys are deifinetly better musicians..timing wise and playing in tune anyway.
