You mean this guy? He sounds pretty good, he's definitely a Marty Friedman fan!

I remember that guy, he seems like a good player but imitating Marty to the point where he imitates the wacky picking position is just annoying.

I've watched quite a few of his videos and he's gets a lot of flac for that, but he says it's what's comfortable for him. Whatever works for you. I don't know how Marty does it, it's friggin weird!

Anyway, that really changes my opinion of him as a guitarist. I guess Marty must not be into amp porn and therefore is not a "real guitarist" because why would he use a CRATE when he could get some kind of hand-wired boutique thing with Bumble Bee capacitors and stuff.

So, despite the fact that he has great tone, technique, and is famous, well-liked, talented and admired by many, I just can't consider him a professional guitarist anymore. I'm disappointed that one of my heroes has turned out to be such a fraud...
