Small good amps

Do those have instrument-level or line-level loops? I've got the Trademark 300 head, and it's got both parallel and series effects loops, but they're line level and don't work that well with effects pedals that are made to be used with instrument-level loops. I use a half-space rack Boss SE-50 processor in there with great results, but pedals don't seem to do that well.

I don't know what kind of loop it has. Here are the specs of it from their website:

I can't tell from these specs. Maybe someone here can interpret. The only effects in the loop I would really use are Rockman chorus and delay half-rack effects which are line-level. Maybe I'll give in and get a cube, but I'll need to demo it first.

I'd look at the modelers: Line 6 Spider, Vox Valvetronix.

They kick ass and you can get a ton of sounds out of them. I like the Guitar port buy line 6 myself. Little more to it, but there is a lot more that you can do with it.
