• Jazz/Fusion Jam

Ok, here is a Harmony Central Jazz Fusion type jam I just finished. Click the link below and download "Ed's Jazz Jam 06-06-04". This is NOT a direct link to the file as I cannot link directly to my files on musicv2. You may have to scroll down in the browser to find the file...

I've never played to anything like this before, so this is pretty weak... but I will get better by doing these! I know nothing about Jazz soloing...

My Jam is on this page

Hey!

Pretty neat stuff, a little too fragmented licks, but all in all, i like it.

Nice ideas.

Keep it coming bro.

Hey cool stuff, smooth playing, great technique. Great tone too, I love medium gain tones, they have more dynamics and are fatter.
Definitely a very good start to your "jazz career"

I have to admit I wasn't crazy about the tapping licks, but I pretty much never like tapping, so that is not a criticism at all.

Ah fusion. How I love thee. Your playing is awesome dude. The fragmentation is actually quite nice.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Thanks, man! Glad you enjoyed the tones. I'm a "tap-aholic" from way back so you get a lot of that from me! I never take it personally when people don't like it, because a lot of people really hate tapping...
