  • My stupid youtube clip

This was just a test to see what I could put on youtube with my digital camera and what kind of quality the camera's microphone had. It's a little over a minute long, and I'd say I put about a minute and a half's worth of time into it.

This is just mindless farting around on the guitar. It is not a song. It is not in time. I have no idea what scale or mode most of the crap is in.

It's just my Talladega with a Duncan Custom Shop "Brobucker" plugged directly into my Line 6 Flextone III, miked by only the digital camera.

I just wanted to add myself to the endless sea of internet/basement rock stars.

Feel free to comment, critique and offer any and all positive/negative, useful or useless feedback.

Cool! I was gonna tell you to play a clip with my old Hamer Special, but since you just sold it back to me, you can't. :ROTF:

I was digging it, and happy the guitar was in-between the cam and your junk.

                I was thinking Petrucci... ish.
                very nice indeed.

I thought it was pretty DT/Petrucci-ish myself.

                        Toe,
How close is Slayerville to Medford Lakes?
I kinda went to kindergarten-2nd grade there.
M.L. is pretty close to the Cherry Hill Mall.

Sayreville is, I guess, about an hour to an hour and a half north of the Cherry Hill area.

Petrucci is one of my idols when it comes to the guitar. For you guys to even bring him up in this thread is beyond a compliment. If I could sell my soul to play like anyone, I have to say it would be John Petrucci.
