  • Extreme Metal / Grind

Here is a death metal / grind song, sort of thrown together just for fun. Still awaiting vocals, and probably a proper re-recording of the guitars as these were just the scratch tracks I used to write the song.

    The drums are DFHS.

    Thanks

I don't usually comment on mp3 submissions, but this track is awesome. The mix is very good. The drums are a little stale, but it's damn good for MIDI. I'm impressed!

Shit dude! If thats stuff you just "threw together for fun", I wont be submitting any of my rough tracks anytime soon! Well done. I especially like the turbo-blast beats, the groove riff that occurs at around :35 and 2:00 and the wicked arpeggiation at 1:30. This one derserves some deep gutteral vocs.
              Pointy guitars KICK ASS!!

Pretty sweet. If you want, I can turn those drums into something better sounding unless you have a better program and this is just a scratch recording. Let me know.

Yeah, this whole thing is basically a scratch recording that I'll be redoing ultimately.
But I'm curious as to what you're getting at, though. Can you play real drums to this? That would be bad-ass.

Gtrcollectr, the drum software I used is called Drumkit From Hell Superior from Toontrack. If you're asking which drums I used in the program, it's the Sonor kit basically, with the T. Hakke snare.

Thanks for the listen and the comments everybody!

I'll be putting vocals to this track soon, I'll share the results.

Well, I re-recorded this track and changed the arrangement a little.
                            I also added some vocals.

                            What do you think?
