    Hey guys, where can I find some good, realistic and most importantly free drum samples to use for my recordings? I just need the basic things. Thanks in advance. [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]

    This guy has a great kit. People say it is better than most sampled kit's, and free. I have no idea how his other stuff is. From what I heard of the drums, it is very good.

        One more question...I'm using Adobe Audition to record, is there any program I can use except fruity loops to make the drum loops?

          My favorite one so far is Percussion Studio:

          Percussion Studio

          It'll let you use any .wav file as a drumbeat, but the best part is that it'll let you put a beat EXACTLY where you want it. I've seen a lot of "PC drummers" that hold you to a strict time signature.

          Here's a short riff I made with it using samples from different places:
