Maybe it's the 7 mb download dude, try doing a setting of 169 kbps stereo, it sound very good and it ahould be smaller than that.

It is 160 kbps joint stereo. It's like 7 mins long thus the file size.
I do not have access to the server so I cannot upload a compressed version.
