  • Kreator guitar madness!

It's about time I did a Kreator cover as they are without a doubt the best
thrash band currently out there. I've liked them ever since I first heard
Coma Of Souls and slowly got all the albums. It's true thrash metal with a
    very honest feel.

I had a tough time with song selection since there are sooo many great ones. In the end I decided to showcase
the modern Kreator which I feel is as strong as they were back in the day. Dave's old Megadeth logo KV and my Amfisound Custom Routa in action.

Anyway this is my humble tribute to Kreator...

Nice job, as always! Enemy of God is one of my favorite CDs of all time.

            Great playing guys!, very authentic..

I saw them way back in 88 on the Terrible Certainty Tour supporting Celtic Frost, first time i saw a black sharkfin for real.. I`ve lusted after one ever since.

            Keep Shreddin !!

Nice playing! The tuning sounds kinda off at the start for some reason, intonation maybe?, but yeah it's a pretty faithful version of a kickass tune.
I liked it when you kicked into Coma, that's my first Kreator album (and tour) too.

I think the intro pitch sounds off cause I was trying to emulate Sami's original lick by adding fast finger vibrato to the sustained notes and I might have pressed too hard against the fretboard. I'm not sure how Sami achieves the effect on the lick - I just tried to go for it with the rhythm sound and gets as close as I could.

This turned out into a fun format although the original Annihilator guitar madness was hardly planned. The schizo theme just called for something strange.

I`m sorry.. I am a stupid person

I must have been concentrating too much on the guitar playing to notice it was the same dude!

Oh well.... best of luck to you both.

I love Kreator! Sucks that I missed 'em the two times in the last decade that they've played anywhere near me.

If you ever need a third guy for a video, I know a guy who could be your twin (triplet?).
