  • got a kickass deal at GC today!

i was running errands this morning and there was a GC nearby, so i went in. there's a few guitars on a platform with blowout prices on them, and i find this....for a hundred bucks!!!!!!!

i plugged it in, played a little god of thunder, and it sounded WAY better than i had expected. no dings, scrapes, anything. it needed a truss rod tweak when i got home, but its brand new, and i have to say that i'm really impressed by the fit, finish, and fretwork. as you can see by the pix, the moto inlays don't look bad in this form! here's a few pix; sorry that a few are blurry; i was trying to get a decent shot with the flash off.

Cool but 2 girls going at it on the 12 fret would make it even better.

I dig it. Can't beat that for $100.

I was just in my local GC this afternoon, and it blows. Unless you're a Gibson or PRS fan, there's very little interesting stuff in my shop.

                Kick ass!!! It's sexy looking..

I picked up a Schecter Omen-6 for 75.00 and I'm really impressed with it.. even though it's their bottom line guitar. It feels and plays great.

Wow nice deal Sully. Is that set neck or bolt on? Either way $100 is a steal. Good score man!

                            thanks guys!

zeegs, it's a bolt on, but the neck joint is contoured, and they use bushings instead of a neck plate. it's incredibly comfortable to play sitting or standing.

can't say enough nice things about it.
