          Dad of a 8-month old here.

          I've looked long and far, and the best I've found is They Might Be Giants CDs.

          My daughter does listen to metal, and she kind of smiles at it, gives me a "What is THAT!!??!" look, but when she hears TMBG, she's really into it. They write pretty good songs for babies/toddlers.
