  • driving braces for your wrists?

Does anyone wear these or do they exist? I drive at least a few hours every day and I have noticed my wrists are starting to hurt a bit afterwards and it definately affects my guitar playing.

I am wondering if any of you wear any type of brace one your wrist or if this has happened to anyone of you before?

Check your local drugstore, CVS, Walgreens etc. They usually sell wrist braces.

Or you could loosen your grip?

Seriously, despite the "10 and 2" hands-on-the-wheel ideal, the faster a car goes the easier it is to steer with one finger.

If you're having wrist cramps, you're gripping the wheel a bit tight, or your front end is having some sort of trouble requiring you to fight the car to keep it straight.
