  • Decline of Western Civilization 2

I love that movie, and I want to buy it again, or get it somewhere, but everyone seems to want like forty something bucks for it! yeah...... right. Anyone have it, willing to barter, or found it cheaper??

You've probably already seen this, but:

You could download, then burn to DVD. Probably wouldn't be very good pic quality, though.

I have a copy as well but don't ever want to sell it. I heard Spheeris was going to put this out on DVD for the 20th anniversary but haven't heard anything more about it.

Here you go. A bit pricey though.

This one is a pal region 3 dvd but you can probably copy it and make it region free and ntsc in the process with the right free software.

Yeah, Randy from Odin was pretty adamant wasn't he. I thought London and Seduce were the best interviews. And good ol' Dave of course.

Seduce is still together. I saw them live a couple of weeks ago and they kicked ass!

Really? Are they still in the Detroit area? I have their CD with 'Crash Landing' on it. It's pretty good.

I found a Torrent for this movie, have downloaded it, and currently am transcoding it to be burnable to DVD. I'll let you know how it looks. I'm guessing it'll look rough, but watchable.

Holy fuck that was a shitty movie. No wonder Metal gets no respect. Most of those bands weren't Metal anyways. .

Yep, still in Detroit and with the original lineup. Their drummer Chuck was in Megadeth briefly in the late 80's.

Go here: http://www.motorcityrock.com/bands/s...uce_audio.html to check out their older material as well as rarities, live performances, etc... Crash Landing was on their major label debut. The first locally produced album is really good too IMO.

The pic quality ended up looking better than I thought it would....as good as a lot of VHS movies. The version I found was recorded with a Tivo off of IFC, so the IFC logo is visible in the bottom, right part of the screen during the whole movie. My DVD player skipped at one point during the first 5 minutes, but aside from that it played flawlessly.
