  • A good regisrty cleaner...

A buddy I work with is asking me for a good registry cleaner for his PC.
I've never had to use a regisrty cleaner type of software.
So, I'm out of the loop on this one and need some help.

    He runs:
    XP Pro.
Spybot and Ad-aware and defrags regularly.
    A huge PC online gamer.

What then, would be a good registry cleaner that wouldn't be a resource hog and take over his PC?

    Thanks much appreciated
Peace, Love and Happieness and all that stuff...

I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.

Runs when YOU want it to.
      Tons of options too.

Tell your "friend" that he shouldn't be looking at that stuff anyway.

I like this one when my registery gets too bogged down.

                Format c:/c/u/s

                Works like a champ.

It's unlikely the not computer savvy folks will know what to do with it. Especially since all of that command line crap is done through the Windows setup now.

But for those who do not know, that is a DOS command that erases the hard drive..Wipes it clean. So don't play with it if you don't understand it.
