  • Let's take a moment to remember D-Day

June 6th 1944. Alot of good men gave their lives for our freedom on this day 62 years ago.
Don't forget the corn. It's nutritious, delicious, and ribbed for her pleasure.

      Agreed.
Peace, Love and Happieness and all that stuff...

"Anyone who tries to fling crap my way better have a really good crap flinger."

I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.

Yes, there's a bee in the pudding.

If you wake up in the morning, it's because Jack Bauer spared your life.

Sleep. The sound doesn't collapse to riffs of early eyes either.

Be without fear in the face of your enemies. Be brave and upright, that God may love thee. Speak the truth always, even if it leads to your death. Safeguard the helpless and do no wrong.

Rows and rows of crosses, stars, etc. All of those graves and more. These were men - very much like you and I - who fought and died so that we may all live better and free lives.

We should all be humbled at their bravery and sacrifice.

If the crowd is shouting for an encore, but the sound guy is shaking his head, ignore him and play anyway

Very glad to see you started this thread, JTR. I'm very thankful for the sacrifices and the accomplishments of those men and women on that day. Despite all of the documentaries and movies made it about it, I don't think any of us will ever fully understand what it must have been like to go in by boat or parachute into France for the invasion.
Takeoffs are optional but landings are mandatory.
