Do I get the 9-42's and give up some power?

Or do I get the 10-46's?

I was thinking of getting 10 of each, but I really want to be consistant with all of my axes.

HELP ME DECIDE RON!!! I don't know WTF to do, but I'm leaning to 10's. I'm buying at least 20 sets. Put it this way, I play my 1998 SG Standard frequently (bought new in Nov 1998), and it still has the original Gibson strings on it LOL!

Why don't you buy 10 sets of both. This way you can make up your own custom sets.

I've thought of that. It still might beat Stew-Mac's price (don't know how much shipping will be).

I'm leaning toward 10-46. If the tension on any one guitar is too high, I'll just tune it down a 1/2 step.

They technically don't. They're GHS Boomers in Carvin packaging, and they're less expensive. I've been getting those strings and telling people about them for years.
