Welcome! What issues are you having with the Floyd?

Since i bough the guitar , i disasemble the Floys to adjust everything , including the saddles on the Floyd and replace all strings 3 times , I sent to Fine tunning to a luthier because i was not happy , but seems out of tune still , so i was looking the scale to tune on my kelly , i asked "the tone king "as well , and advice to tune it on 12th fret as well .

So i will use the Jackson factory setting from the Kelly and a floyd lik emine to starttunning then i wil move the saddles until is 440 and same tune " open air " and the 1th fret .

        This are some examples

Any more advice is welcome !

asking for help with intonation is a bit different than saying something is wrong with your guitar
if you don't learn how to "fix" the issue, you are going to have the problem no matter what guitar you have

Sounds like your intonation is off. I'm not anal enough to get one that is "slightly" out in perfect intonation. There are some tools to help set intonation on a Floyd equipped guitar but even with them it's still a pretty big pain in the ass to do.

I have this tool for OFR's although I haven't used it yet. https://www.stewmac.com/Luthier_Tool...s/The_Key.html

I don't think it will work on your Floyd as I'm pretty sure it's a JT580 Lo Pro.

One thing I learned the hard way after paying a couple of shops for a set up. It was easier to learn how to do it myself and quit wasting money on local clowns who weren't any better at it than I was.

I don't agree 100% with the order of Mr. Gearhead's setup steps, but different strokes for different folks. For me, intonation is always the final step, because some of the preceding steps can affect your intonation, so I save it for the end so I only have to do it once.

              My order is:

              1) Install new strings.

              2) Adjust truss rod. Get your relief adjusted right away.

              3) Adjust action (string height) at bridge.

              4) Adjust pickup height.

              5) Set intonation.

I agree NOTP. I save intonation for last too. It do believe it's a good baseline for getting a setup done properly. It helped me tremendously when I decided I was through wasting good money on crap setups.
