Love it! Do you take it to the 1/4 mile at all or just cruise it?

I just bought it, But it will be a good 1/4 mile car. It has a 383 stroker rated at 450 hp. It look's a lot better up right.

These photos must've been taken in Australia

Would that be the same Stingray that got Steve Irwin?...................................I know, tasteless joke.

I tried to edit them, But it will only move the pic's up and down, And side to side. There should be a way to spin them around. maybe I had the camera upside down when I took the pic.

Only Corvette I ever had was this one.
A drag car but it ventured out on the street a few times.
283 cu in bored and stroked to 331 cu in. Hilborn fuel injection,Lenco 4 speed trans and Dana 60 rear ,6:17 gears.
This was taken around 1974 and 1/4 mile et's were in the mid 9 seconds.

Mine was a mix of 64-65 body parts.
Ran Gas or modified classes and ET bracket.
I stood it up on the back bumper a few times then decided wheelie bars were needed.
My brother and I ran it for a few years then went on to rear engined dragsters.
