Maiden was the first concert I ever saw as a kid.

RIP, and condolences to his and the entire IM family.

Sad news. I remember being in awe at his playing the first time I saw the run to the hills video.

The Number of the Beast album was one of the first metal albums I bought and fell in love with as a kid. Although he is gone, at least he is finally freed from the pain of living with MS for so many years. Rest in peace, Clive.

very sad. Clive could seriously swing. He wasn't like every other metal drummer at that time

I've seen Maiden more times than any other band and this hits me as hard as when Denis D'Amour passed away
