    There goes another hero
The world could do with more like him, not less.
    RIP Sir.

      A TRUE hero.
No one else can claim his place in history.
I think he ought to be honored with a national holiday.

It wasn't just his achievement, but the meaning behind the entire NASA
effort and the support that made it possible.
There are thousands of heroes that stood behind it, and the
achievement should be recognized as those who expanded western civilization
and led to the modern world as we know it.

Rest as you lived Sir, you have earned it.

        Wow. That's sad.

He was definitely a true American hero.

Sad day, a generation of great Americans are being lost and it feels as if there is no one there to fill their void.

A Hero for sure. But to be completely honest, the guy was such a recluse I didn't realize he was still alive all this time. Buzz Aldrin always did all the talking about the moon landing.

                RIP

Most of us are musicians here, so we're kinda different, but most people in general don't like being in the spotlight.

Most of the idols I had growing up have died to old age. He'll always be remembered though.

Hope guys that he really went on the moon , cause there are a lot of doubts on wether humanity in general has ever reached the moon.Anyway R.I.P goes either to that man and a big THANK YOU to the ones that we're behind his effort supporting him(as someone mentioned earlier),or to the legend created behind his name ......

Yeah I'm being a little skeptical here , if anyone has any information (something to read , or a documentary) proving that he either made it or not I'm open to your suggestions

It must be amazing to look up at the moon and think "Yeah, I've been there"
