  • Need help finding a good dealer/classifieds site

LOL Not a guitar or music dealer, I know plenty of those...lol

I'm actually in the market for a new (used) car. Still love my Ram Air Trans Am, but the nickle and diming has started, so I'm testing the market right now. I'll likely keep the TA too as it's a factory "Hurst Edition WS6" and will go up in value eventually, so it will share storage with my 79 TA.

Anyways, I'm looking for a decent used C5 Corvette (1997-2004) preferably convertable or Z06. Not looking for a "Top Dollar Show Quality Car". The milage can be high and it can need paint work, but the interior has to be good and the body can't be cracking. Does anyone know of good specialty sites or any good sales/auction sites besides the obvious ones like Ebay and Craigslist?

Theres quite a few Corvette specialists in the general area. Classic Chevy's "Corvette Corner" in Moorestown NJ, Kerbeck in AC, and Contes down in Vineland who is a Corvette specialist and only deals with those.

What years your Ram Air? My buddy Tim has an '01, and Ive got an 88 GTA and 92 TA/convertible myself.
Imagine, being able to be magically whisked away to... Delaware. Hi... Im in... Delaware...

My Ram Air is a 2001. It's been my daily driver since March 01 and has almost 130,000 miles. Time to give the old girl some rest and some well deserved restoration. That's why I'm lookin for a driver Vette. I had an 85 C4 Vette driver car before the Ram Air once the 79 became too impractical for the street, but I've always been a Trans Am guy.
