Hey All,
I know "Frets on the Net" is highly recommended on here.
Well, I finally had to order some parts from them I could not find anywhere else.
That said, Dave had excellent communication and even thought he may not want me to say this...
He quoted me a timeframe (the parts needed to be made, not something he had in inventory to boot)and asked to please not rush him.
Then, the items showed up well BEFORE the time frame he stated.
I know this may not always be possible with his amount of customers and workload, but it was a great surprise!!
I will definitely be ordering from the FOTN site again. Parts were fantastic and I am well pleased.
