Maybe a little bit for clean tones, but rarely do I use it. If the guitar doesn't have a tone control, I don't really miss it.

Yep, I use the Tone on every guitar except my Charvels and Jacksons. Strats, Tele's, Gretsch's, EBMM, Gibson's, Rickenbacker's, Dano's, Home builts, I use the Tone alot. I have several guitars with a Blender pot as well.

I use mine all the time. I figure if I twist on it long enough, I'll eventually sound good.

Voted yes. If the guitar has one, I might roll off a little treble on the bridge P/U. Also installed a "ToneStyler" on one of my Carvins. You can dial in some interesting tones with one of those.

Nope. On the guitars that have one, it's always on 10, and I think it sounds muddy on any other setting.

If the pickup is too bright and needs to be tamed with a tone knob, I just get a new pickup.

I removed them from all guitars I come into contact with.

I'm seeking absolutely no tone, whatsoever.
