ok, but the point is that the D-tuna will not work with that type of trem right? The one shown in the lower picture.

Correct, I believe the screws are too short in that and even if you could put the D-Tuna on it, when you pull out on the D-Tuna to go to drop D tuning it would hit the plate/fine tuner area.
