Look down the side of your neck and see if you have any relief.. Hold it like you are aiming a rifle you should see a little relief.

With the guitar on its side in the playing position, close one eye and sight along the fretboard edge. Sight first on the bass, then the treble side, to see if the neck is either straight, back-bowed (away from the strings) or up-bowed (toward the strings). A straight neck is a desirable starting point for any setup.

I could be wrong in my interpretation of this, but I think the problem is that since your Floyd is tipping backwards after the string change, your strings will be slightly closer to the frets than when it was level.
If it was fine until the string change, and now it is not and the only difference is the Floyd positioning, then it almost eliminates everything else.
I would start with Dr.Doug's idea.
Seems logical.
Tough to tell from the pic, but it looks ok to me... at least nothing jumping out at me based on that view.
"Wow,... that was some of the hardest rockin ever. Hardest to listen too."

I took it to the tech today.the neck doesnt have a twist and is not warped.just needs a truss rod adjustment and some fret leveling. This guy is good he used to be ace frehleys tech and has done some good work for me in the past.he picked out every fret that was unlevel by sight and showed me the differnce and he was right when I looked.he offered to buy the guitar from me for 1300.00 but I said no.He said he is a big jackson fan but does not come to this board.
