This applies for any screen captures you want to save (which is how people posted their JCF Custom Shop Generator creations as well)... except movie file captures.

1.) Make sure you can see everything you want on the screen.

2.) Hit ALT+PRINTSCREEN on your keyboard to copy it to your clipboard.

3.) Access your usual graphics program, or go to START, PROGRAMS, ACCESSORIES, PAINT.

4.) Hit CTRL+V to paste your screencap.

          5.) Crop your desired image.

6.) Go to FILE, SAVE AS.

And then you can upload it to your Photobucket account which you recommended to me.

To make vidcaps, follow these instructions for Windows Media Player (by the way, I'm using Windows Media Player 9, so menus may vary for different versions)...

1.) Play your video file in Windows Media Player and pause the video at the moment you want to take a screenshot of.

          2.) Go to TOOLS, OPTIONS.

3.) Click on the PERFORMANCE tab.

4.) Under VIDEO ACCELERATION, drag the slider over to NONE.

5.) Click on APPLY and then OK.

6.) Follow the instructions for pasting into your graphics program like for screencaps.

And you're done. Make sure to reset the VIDEO ACCELERATION back to FULL afterwards.
