If the roller part is worn, I have a chrome roller part of the saddle it is the forked part that holds the roller) you can replace it with.

I just saw your saddles on the bay like 5 minutes ago, Budman. I have the model witht he brass rollers-will they fit? If so, I may bid on them.

Jim, my Kahler is black-are talking about the actual saddle part? I figured just the rollers could be replaced. If I had a cam I would take pictures....
